About the role

In this role you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance and financial outcomes of Civil Contractors engaged by the business. You will focus on understanding the service offerings of Civil Contractors, improving subcontractor governance, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality civil services are delivered to the business. Additionally, you will work proactively to enhance processes, optimise subcontractor spend, and increase profitability for the organisation.

About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate significant experience in subcontractor management, with a focus on Civil and Power Services, along with knowledge of Civil Services contracting, procurement, and market dynamics.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing process improvements in subcontractor management
  • Impressive negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills, with the ability to drive budget control and cost optimisation
  • A Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
