About the role

Join our team at Zinfra as a Resource Coordinator in a Dandenong depot based role. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders while managing field resources across Power and Renewable projects nationwide. You'll support and coordinate Construction Managers, Supervisors, Crew Leaders, and teams throughout their project cycles, from mobilization to demobilization. Your interpersonal skills and eye for detail will be valuable as you manage Fleet and Plant resources. Key Responsibilities include

  • Monitoring and analysing resource utilization data, while collaborating with finance partners to produce comprehensive time-writing and performance reports
  • Managing and maintaining depot inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of PPE and essential materials for project execution
  • Developing and tracking detailed resource forecasts, while providing strategic input for project estimation and planning activities
  • Coordinating with Training teams to maintain up-to-date certifications and qualifications for field personnel, ensuring optimal resource deployment
  • Implementing and overseeing training plans to maintain required operator licenses across fleet, plant, and equipment for all project sites
  • Facilitating the timely processing of timesheets and payroll documentation, while ensuring compliance with administrative requirements
  • Overseeing the induction process for new personnel, ensuring adherence to HR protocols and company standards
  • Supporting HSEQ initiatives through active monitoring of safety attitudes and participation in relevant training programs
  • Contributing to continuous improvement through participation in lessons learned workshops and implementation of best practices

About You

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset to join our dynamic team. Bringing experience from the utility construction sector, you'll combine your analytical capabilities with strong relationship-building skills to support our project delivery. Your emotional intelligence and proactive approach will help drive successful outcomes across our operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrating proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on database management and Excel skills for effective data analysis and reporting
  • Applying well-developed planning and organizational abilities to support project delivery requirements while maintaining customer focus
  • Building and nurturing key relationships through authentic communication and developed emotional intelligence
  • Contributing to organizational growth through innovative thinking and value-based decision making
  • Drawing from extensive contractor industry experience, preferably in the utility sector, across roles such as planning, scheduling, or field operations
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to influence and facilitate change while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Managing administrative processes and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work from the depot at least two days per week
