 Classification: VB1 – VB4 (dependent on experience)

YDMH is excited to announce that we are seeking applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our Community Health team to provide strong clinical and professional delivery of safe, high quality care to our residents, patients and community.

 You will coordinate, implement and evaluate effective physiotherapy services and support the coordination of delivery of treatment and referrals to other services to support YDMH consumers in residential aged care and community outpatient services. This role has supervisory responsibilities of Allied Health Assistants to guide and set plans for delivery.
