We are looking for an Occupational Therapist Grade 2 to join our Community Health team to provide strong clinical and professional delivery of safe, high quality care to our residents, patients and community.

 You will coordinate, implement and evaluate evidence-based assessments and treatment programs, facilitate OT services including clinical, educational and consultative interventions as well as supporting the coordination of treatments and referrals to other services in order to deliver optimal care for our consumers. This role also provides supervisory responsibilities of the Allied Health Assistants, to guide and set plans for delivery.
