POSITION STATUS: Permanent Part-Time - (58.5 hrs/fortnight)
CLASSIFICATION: Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP11)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- ·Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Essential:
- Clinical knowledge and skills related to acute, medical/surgical services
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in an environment of change and continuous improvement
- Experience working independently
- Computer skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively
- To have previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in a generalist setting or that of a specialty.
Desirable:
- Membership of relevant professional body.
- Minimum two years’ experience.
- Knowledge of and experience in quality improvement activities
