About the role:
Yarrawonga Health is a reputable aged care provider dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our elderly residents. We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurses to join our team and contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Memory Support Aged Care unit, Allawah, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients; residents and clients in Yarrawonga Health under the direction of a Registered Nurse or supervisor. Working closely with a team of healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, administering medications, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents.

Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- Current Nursing Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA)
- Certificate IV in Nursing or Diploma of Nursing
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrate well-developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the National Health Reform, National Standards and Aged Care Standards
- Demonstrated ability to deliver of excellent clinical care standards in accordance with Yarrawonga Health philosophy, policies and procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and to work independently of others
- An ability to represent as a patient advocate
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentially
