Enstruct and the WSP Property and Buildings Structures group have combined to embark on a growth journey which will foster the strengths of one another. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our growing team in Sydney.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Site Engineer you will:
- Lead our site works, facilitating a clear communication line between site ( contractor) and office ( design team).
- Undertake site inspections on behalf of the project design team to confirm design intent
- Resolution of simple RFI’s/site queries with the contractor. You will also be supported by the design team who are available for resolving complicated site RFI’s/queries.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.
About you
The successful candidate we are looking for will have:
- Bachelor to Masters’ level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering); CPEng certification is favourable but not essential
- Typically 7+ years experience in the design and documentation of building structures
- Excellent organizational and client management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- A good understanding of construction processes and sequencing. Site based experience will be advantageous.
