• Focus on Transitioning from University to Corporate Life: This two-year graduate development program is designed to facilitate the transition from university to corporate life, leading to a promotion as an Emerging Professional upon completion.

• Opportunity to rotate to other energy teams (generation and new energy, transmission and electrification, renewables)’

As a Graduate Control Systems Engineer, you’ll work with a diverse range of technical experts across our Generation & New Energy team. Develop your future ready skills in Power, Thermal Power and Hydro / Pumped Hydropower to support the needs of our clients. If you're ready to push boundaries and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you. We're seeking innovative professionals who:

• Completed a bachelor's degree in:
• Electrical /Electronic Engineering
• Controls Systems or;
• Mechatronic Engineering

*Available to start full time March 2025

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Entry level, up to 2 years (related) industry experience
• Passionate about the energy industry
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
