What You’ll Do:

• Lead high-impact, market-facing civil engineering projects
• Manage client relationships and ensure evolving project requirements are met
• Oversee project scope, timelines, quality, and budgets
• Drive technical excellence and provide project delivery guidance
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various engineering disciplines

About You:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Chartered status with Engineers Australia (desirable)
• Expertise in civil engineering and design documentation, including knowledge of Australian Standards and Codes
• Demonstrated experience using 12D
• Proven experience delivering large-scale urban design / commercial property civil engineering projects in a consulting environment
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Collaborative mindset with cross-discipline project delivery experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
