The Opportunity

As the IT Vendor Reporting Analyst, you will work within the IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) and support the Vendor Manager for service vendors, focusing on data analysis and reporting.  

Key Responsibilities include:  

• Review and monitor the Monthly Operation report for 3 Hubs: 
• Service Desk Support 
• Enterprise Compute Servers Support 
• Enterprise Compute VDI Support 
• Workplace Support 
• Cloud Support 
• Storage operations 
• Other vendors and services as they arise 
• Be the focal point of contact for the 3 Hubs regarding the Volume validation as per the Supplier's Contract 
• Be the focal point of contact for 29 billing regions regarding invoice issues 

What You'll Bring To WSP: 

• Strong organization and communication skills to manage communication with 29 different regions and Global Hub Leads. 
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Power BI dashboards 
• Strong knowledge of Excel functions 
• Basic knowledge of IT Contracts and IT Reporting 
• Can develop and implement automated processes to streamline monthly Operation Reporting 
• Strong understanding of Finance and budget principles
