Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building services design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in building services design.
  • Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
