  • Strong experience in structural design, including reinforced concrete, structural steel, and water-retaining structures compliant with Australian Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to detailed design while contributing to proposal writing and client meetings.
  • Proven success in developing and maintaining client relationships with a focus on high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Experience applying safety in design processes with a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices.
  • Familiarity with legislation, standards, and project specifications relevant to water infrastructure projects.
  • A desire to lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes preparing clear and concise reports, proposals, and presentations, as well as engaging in productive client interactions and team collaborations.
