About this role
The WSP Building Services team is a National team that offers a fresh and energetic culture generated from passionate leadership, top-tier projects and inspired, collaborative thinking. This role will be based in our Canberra office. The Canberra team is a dynamic blend of seasoned experts and ambitious mid-career professionals, collectively making a significant impact on the local market. They are engaged in high-profile, long-term projects and continue to secure new opportunities. This cohesive team rarely has openings, but we are currently seeking a Hydraulic Engineer. We welcome applications from engineers with at least 2 years of experience, offering a unique opportunity to join a strong and collaborative team.
As Hydraulic Engineer, you’ll:
- Lead innovative design efforts on diverse projects.
- Coordinate with dynamic multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch outcomes to our clients
- Manage engineering projects with precision and excellence.
- Build strong client relationships and impress with your consulting skills.
- Mentor junior engineers, expanding your professional network.
- Contribute to strategic goals and drive transformative progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2years experience in Hydraulic Engineering within a Building Services Consultancy
- A great thinker and communicator who can ignite their career and bring dynamic ideas to life.
- A passion for innovation, teamwork, and sustainability.
- Exceptional consulting skills and a drive to impress clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or related field).
