About the Role
Are you ready to take ownership of impactful learning and development initiatives that drive individual, team, and organisational growth?
This pivotal role offers the autonomy to design and implement programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance. While the role operates as the sole Learning and Development expert, it is supported by a collaborative HR team and broader organisational resources to deliver meaningful outcomes.
As a key internal consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to build capability and contribute to the advancement of a high-performance culture, ensuring the organisation is future-ready and adaptable.
What you’ll be doing
- Program Design & Delivery: Design and deliver developmental programs, including leadership training and tailored workshops.
- Develop & Implement L&D Strategies: Create and execute learning strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating modern learning approaches.
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Evaluate and predict learning and development needs to support organizational capability building.
- Facilitate Employee Development Initiatives: Manage and support programs like mentoring, communities of practice and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Learning Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain a schedule for organisational learning programs.
- Manage Compliance Training: Oversee mandatory training programs.
- Evaluate Impact: Collect and analyse data to assess program effectiveness and participation metrics.
- Optimise Learning Systems: Maintain and enhance current digital learning platforms, exploring new technologies to improve access and usability.
- Vendor Collaboration: Procure and partner with external providers to align offerings with organisational learning needs.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Regularly review and refine learning processes and practices to ensure ongoing enhancement.

What we’re looking for
Experience working within a broad standalone L&D role managing multiple priorities and partnering with cross-business stakeholders;
- A strong understanding of adult learning principles, with proven experience in organisational capability consulting with a wide variety of cross- business stakeholders;
- Experience in workshop and blended learning program/content design and delivery, and strong facilitation experience;
- Experience in facilitating and driving leadership learning interventions;
- Knowledge of OD theory such as drivers of team and organisation performance, group dynamics, systems theory, human-centred design.
- Working knowledge of HRIS & LMS platforms and MO 365 | Teams | SharePoint, Co-Pilot & other generative AI
