About the Role
This role is dedicated to managing corporate workwear client groups and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to thoroughly understand their objectives and provide valuable insights back to WWG. These insights are crucial for crafting comprehensive proposals that align with client needs.
The position involves close collaboration across multiple functions within the organization, proactive risk management in line with contractual obligations, and effective handling of day-to-day account servicing to uphold client satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop Strategic Plans for Organic Growth: Create and implement strategies aimed at increasing client engagement and driving sustainable growth within existing accounts.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster and strengthen client connections to align with sales objectives, identify opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Manage Value-Added Programs: Develop and oversee programs, enhancing their overall experience and creating additional business value.
- Oversee Reporting: Prepare and manage weekly and monthly reports, both internal and external, providing insights and updates on account performance and compliance.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track metrics to ensure targets are met and proactively address contract non-compliance issues.
- Optimize Stock Levels: Support in inventory management to maximize profitability, balancing supply and demand across client accounts.
- Handle Product Life Cycles: Monitor product performance and manage processes such as forecasting and transitioning obsolete stock to improve range efficiency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of account-related tasks.
- Risk and Contract Management: Identify potential risks, maintain compliance with contractual obligations, and resolve issues to protect both client and company interests.
- Deliver Timely Results: Meet deadlines and achieve KPIs within the time frames set by clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and accountability.

What we’re looking for
You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:
- 4+ years in a similar role
- Highly organised being able to project manage and multitask effectively
- Work autonomous
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables / VLOOKUP)
- Strong stakeholder management experience (internal & external)
- Experience on clothing/apparel/wholesale/retail is highly regarded
