About the Role

The Storeperson position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain, which is the backbone of our business success. By managing the safe, efficient, and effective flow of goods within the warehouse, the Store Person directly supports our ability to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge.

What you’ll be doing

  • Verify stock for damage and discrepancies against invoices.
  • Efficiently pick and pack orders for dispatch.
  • Process returns and credits accurately.
  • Enter delivery slips, requisitions, and invoice details into systems.
  • Maintain communication with delivery drivers and share stock information.
  • Operate machinery and equipment (e.g., pallet jack, trolley) safely.
  • Perform data entry and complete pick reports.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and recycle waste whenever possible.
  • Actively participate in product knowledge training and coaching.
  • Prioritize safety by reporting hazards, attending safety training, and encouraging safe practices.

What we’re looking for

  • Prior warehouse experience 2-3 years
  • Experience using an RF scanner
  • Experience operating pallet jacks and trolleys;
  • Strong safety mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Focus on integrity
