About the Role  

The NNT Uniforms Marketing Specialist will be involved in the development and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns and programs. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling messaging, strategic communication planning, and producing high-quality collateral for our wholesale, uniforms and B2C channels. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and collaborating on B2B initiatives, encompassing both wholesale and retail network channels.  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Execute marketing programs and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.  
  • Plan and write detailed briefs to Implement Above The Line advertising, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, activations, SEO, and affiliate marketing.  
  • Collaborate with agencies to support the creation of seasonal catalogues, lifestyle magazine and campaign collateral.  
  • Write and create product information, assets, promotions, and copy for owned and customer websites, as well as marketing collateral.  
  • Manage content creation projects, including e-commerce and campaign photoshoots.  
  • Support the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimisation.  
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and maximise ROI from marketing investments.  
  • Deliver campaigns, launches, conferences, and initiatives for brand engagement with key customers and trade partners.  
  • Review and capture learnings from campaigns, launches, conferences, and initiatives for brand engagement.  
  • Create post-implementation reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing activities and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Be the brand custodian for NNT

What we’re looking for 

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing 
  • 4+ experience in a marketing role 
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns 
  • Experience creating content and briefs 
  • Experience managing social and digital marketing content
