About the Role
Join our team as a data administrator! You will set up and maintain VA (Value Add) jobs and ensure our data is accurate. Your role is crucial for managing customer orders and providing excellent customer service to support our sales and support teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Set up and maintain VA jobs after customer approval.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide customer service and training to sales and support teams.
- Manage inquiries and maintain an enquiries register.
- Coordinate with teams and suppliers to handle urgent and problematic orders.
- Assist with style linking and substitution processes.
- Support the transition to offshore manufacturing and manage sample orders.
- Work to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase throughput.

What we’re looking for
- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in a similar business role
- Warehousing background preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Friendly and approachable with an unwavering focus on customer service [both internal and external]
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing at all levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy
