About the Role

Join our dynamic team to cultivate and manage robust commercial relationships with strategic wholesale customers.

Your mission: to drive sales and margin targets across our esteemed portfolio of WWG brands while delivering unparalleled customer service. You’ll identify and seize new business opportunities to expand our market presence, lead innovative brand and marketing initiatives that captivate and engage our audience, and spearhead the development of cutting-edge products and ranges that set us apart in the market.

Represent our brand with pride and professionalism at industry-leading trade shows and conferences, and strategically enhance our market share within your designated territory.

This role will be primarily based at one of our customers at Scoresby and our Workwear Group support office in Port Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and implement efficient territory plans and call cycles to maximize coverage and effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute customer growth strategies to increase sales and market share within the territory.
  • Achieve financial targets including sales, margin, share of wallet (SOW), share of shelf (SOS), and share of voice (SOV).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and consumers at trade shows, conferences, and training sessions.
  • Provide comprehensive training on products and services to customers and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Ensure operational standards are met and maintained across all customer interactions and service delivery.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

What we’re looking for

You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:

  • Ideally 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Apparel or Footwear background preferred
  • Extensive and successful sales experience demonstrated through year-on-year achievement of sales targets;
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Business to Customer or Business to Business selling and servicing;
  • Demonstrated ability to implement sales strategies and tactics;
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience;
  • Experience in contract and tender development including costing, marketing, pricing and selling
