About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Support Lead, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth. You’ll provide comprehensive sales support, ensuring our sales processes are not only efficient but also effective. Your efforts will streamline centralized sales operations, making them more agile and responsive.
In this role, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a large team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This newly formed team will look to you to lead them through process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies that boost overall productivity and efficiency. Your leadership will be key in driving continuous improvement and achieving our ambitious sales targets.
This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover.
What you’ll be doing
- Team leadership: Lead and inspire a large team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Process improvement initiatives: Identify areas for enhancement and implement strategies to boost productivity and efficiency
- Support Tier 1 sales team: Collaborating with sales managers and business development representatives to provide them with support for their accounts, including sales administration, reporting, customer onboarding, customer service escalations and bids and tender's support
- Central sales coordination: Oversee and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Sales collateral management: Maintain and update sales materials to support the sales team
- Data management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data for reporting and analysis
- Reporting and analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to enhance sales effectiveness and performance

What we’re looking for
