We have an opportunity available within our Mining team situated in the Bowen Basin area. Are you currently working within the mining space and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you.

Utilising your field leadership experience, you will be responsible for managing the operational workforce, optimizing fleet productivity and managing contractor personnel performance as required. Please note this position is not a FIFO role. 

What will your day look like?

  • Liaising with clients to achieve their labour hire needs
  • Front line management of employees including leave and shift coverage management
  • Maintaining regular presence on site
  • Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new starters
  • Conducting health and safety activities
