What would this involve?

  • You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract.
  • Full time hours.
  • Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
  • Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with one of our experienced trainers.
  • You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
  • Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.

Gain valuable experience on the job:

  • Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to clients, staff and management.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
  • Learn a wide variety of administration tasks including reception, scheduling of interviews, data entry, and document management.
  • Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.

Desirable requirements:

  • Great Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Drivers licence.

Essential requirements:

  • If you are the successful candidate, an employment based Working with Vulnerable People Licence will be required prior to commencement, along with a National Police Check.
