You would obtain your Certificate III Legal Services in a nominal two year time frame whilst being given the chance to assist team members, in a supportive environment within a local Tasmanian law firm.
What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & working full time with your host business.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship from our experienced Apprentice & Employment Consultants.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job:
- Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to the team.
- The role would include general administration tasks including phone and face to face customer service, filing, data entry, and assisting with the day-to-day duties involved in the host business.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
- Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
Wage: National Training Wage Applies.
