The position offers an insight into supporting a large network, assisting users (both in a group setting and one on one within a large learning institution on the North West Coast.
What would this involve?
- Work & Training would employ you for the duration of the traineeship.
- You would be working full time hours Monday to Friday.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace & via Teams, with experienced trainers.
- Mentoring and support provided throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Essential Criteria:
- A genuine interest in Information Technology.
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Ability to adhere to strict guidelines.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
- Maturity, initiative and common sense.
- The ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People licence.
Desirable Criteria:
- Recent completion of Certificate II in Information Technology or similar.
- Drivers Licence.
Wage: National Training Wage applies.
