We are taking expressions of interest from candidates wishing to complete a Certificate III Business BSB30120 qualification in a one to two year time frame. These entry level positions would suit school leavers seeking their first full time employment opportunity within an administration environment. We have a range of host businesses in the Hobart area, keen to take on a trainee, in both the Government and Private sectors. Learn on the job from experienced professionals.
What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & working full time with your host business.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job:
- Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to the team.
- The role would include general administration tasks including phone and face to face customer service, filing, data entry, and assisting with the day-to-day duties involved in the host business.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
- Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
