Work & Training are an Apprentice & Employment Service, so many businesses come to us wanting trainees for their work place. We have a number of opportunities within the Hobart area at present and invite candidates to express their interest in completing a Certificate III Business qualification whilst working on-the-job. We encourage school leavers to apply, and in some cases, we will interview now, ready for employment and training to commence in the new year.
You would obtain your Certificate III Business BSB30120 in two year time frame whilst being given the chance to assist team members, in a supportive environment.
What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & working full time with your host business.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job:
- Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to the team.
- The role would include general administration tasks including phone and face to face customer service, filing, data entry, and assisting with the day-to-day duties involved in the host business.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
- Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
Wage: National Training Wage Applies.
