Keen to study and expand your skills? A Business Traineeship could be the way to go! Business traineeships give you real life experience and the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification – all while being paid!

Learn new skills within a business environment:

  • Reception.
  • Record keeping and file control.
  • Data entry.
  • Client communications and correspondence.
  • Basic accounts and invoicing support.

What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?

  • You would be employed by Work & Training, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
  • You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training Apprentice & Employment Consultant.
  • The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.
  • Full time employment and entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year.
  • On completion of your traineeship, you would receive a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – BSB30120

  • Confidence and great communication skills.
  • The ability to be adaptable and work under pressure.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent initiative and attention to detail.
  • Sound IT skills with a general understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
