What you’ll do
This role focuses on delivering exceptional experiences for our team members through the effective administration and coordination of our core HR processes, programs, and activities.
Whilst this role is diverse, and no two days will be the same, we’d expect to find you:
- Being the first point of contact for our HR team and managing all general administration and coordination activities
- Ensuring our processes, practices and activities run smoothly and efficiently. This includes recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, talent and performance management, reward and recognition and health, safety, and wellbeing
- Preparing accurate documentation across the full team member lifecycle (job advertisements, contract generation, variations, reward outcomes etc)
- Administering, maintaining and optimising our people related systems to ensure they support the delivery of great team member experiences
- Keeping our HR documents, information, and content up to date and consistently applying your initiative and problem solving to ensure they reflect best practice
- Delivering initiatives and projects which foster an environment that inspires collaboration, engagement, and excellence
What you’ll need
We are looking for a positive, curious, and friendly team player with a keen interest in building a career in HR. This role would be equally suited to a current coordinator or graduate with some experience or a seasoned administrator, looking for a new and exciting opportunity to put their skills to great use!
You’ll also have:
- Demonstrated success in applying your strong administrative and coordination skills to the end-to-end running of processes, practices, and activities
- A highly organised disposition with the ability to get up to speed with new information and technology quickly
- A keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The confidence to build and maintain credibility and trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Pragmatic and proactive problem-solving skills, and a willingness to contribute new and creative ideas
- An ongoing focus on continuous improvement to ensure we evolve our ways of working and stay ahead of the game
- The resilience, tenacity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The Corporate Office provides corporate services and support to the autonomous businesses within the Wesfarmers Group, enabling the achievement of Group objectives. It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
