Technology Business Analyst | Oracle Fusion Implementation


Greenfield Transformation Project with Global Impact | Melbourne, VIC


The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth, Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion implementation to help deliver one of our critical workstreams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as we embark on a large-scale greenfield implementation project which will be critical in the continued success and growth of Kinetic

This is an initial fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.


Key accountabilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our implementation vendor partners, championing the Kinetic business and helping to ensure our new ERP is fit for purpose
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define and prioritise business needs
  • Help drive business decisions, and challenge where required. You're expertise will be leant on to inform decisions and therefor outcomes for the Kinetic group
  • Design and facilitate key workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
  • Analyse and document business requirements for ERP implementation.
  • Develop process maps, gap analyses, and impact assessments
  • Support testing activities and ensure smooth system integration and mobilisation


What you will bring:

  • A strong background in business analysis within large Oracle Fusion implementation projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve processes and drive change.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders along the journey with ease
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic greenfield project environment
