The opportunity:

We are seeking an Administration Assistant in Bundaberg who will thrive on supporting our dedicated Service Delivery team and is keen to develop within the exciting world of bus transport.

The ideal candidate will be available to work 4 days per week (Tuesday to Friday) until office closing time (4:30pm) and be flexible to cover additional days and hours as required.

You'll be involved in:

  • Communicating with customers to manage queries and provide information via phone, email and in person
  • Recording and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings, staff, lost property and charter services
  • Managing depot inventory and purchasing supplies or equipment when required
  • Facilitating site inductions for visitors, contractors and new staff
  • Overseeing facility management and maintenance by coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
  • Completing ad hoc tasks which contribute to the success of the organisation

  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to learn other internal systems
