The opportunity:

Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver. This includes:

  • A friendly and supportive environment
  • An extensive induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training
  • Training to obtain a Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
  • A 12 month training program (Mix of classroom and on the job training) to gain a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)
  • Industry leading pay throughout your training!
  • You will be assigned a Buddy throughout the training process to support your development!

We’re after people with:

  • Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people
  • A current Australian Car driver’s licence (full licence held for at least 2 years)
  • Willingness to have a pre‐employment functional, drug and alcohol assessment
  • Ability to obtain a Driver Accreditation and Working With Children Check
  • Hold Australian work rights (Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen)
