The opportunity:

Kinetic’s national talent team plays a critical role in sourcing and attracting the best people that share our passion of delivering safe, clean and reliable bus services. Our business continues to rapidly grow, and so does our need to have more people join us in the bus lane.

You will play an important part in our diversity programs - particularly Women Up Front and Moving the Mob, and our continued efforts to improve the candidate experience, while finding the right people for the job!

What you can expect:

  • Oversee the candidate management process throughout the employment life cycle, including end-to-end recruitment and selection
  • Liaise with hiring managers to provide expert advice on candidate and market trends, and to determine the recruitment requirements of the business
  • Develop and facilitate assessment centres for volume recruitment exercises
  • Work with the Team Leader - Talent Acquisition to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Generate recruitment documentation including position descriptions, interview guides, contracts and onboarding paperwork

  • Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role with a focus on managing end-to-end recruitment processes or experience in agency recruitment wanting an opportunity to move in-house
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with candidates and staff across all levels of the organisation
  • An enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and a positive approach to a continual changing work environment
  • Strong computer literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and recruitment systems
