Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and mentor the training team to foster internal mobility and skill development.
• Design and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development program that boosts employee engagement.
• Coordinate a professional Driver Induction program, ensuring best practices are followed for new employees.

Important Selection Criteria:

• Qualifications: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) and a Medium Rigid Driver's License are essential.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Driver Trainer with the ability to deliver diverse training packages effectively.
• Skill Development: Experience in developing L&D programs and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions.
