The opportunity:

To accommodate for our continued growth throughout 2024 and beyond, we are currently on the lookout for a Parts Specialist who is ambitious to provide high quality services to our largest client.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts to our Campbellfield depot with the objective of supporting their Maintenance team with keeping Kinetic’s entire fleet in the best condition possible.

What you can expect:

  • Receipt and dispatch new and/or repairable stock items for depots
  • Conduct regular stock-takes and cyclic counts to maintain stock levels at an efficient level based on depot trends
  • Maintain an overview of stock levels in the depot/s and analyse trends for stock efficiency
  • Identify obsolete and surplus stock in the depot/s, and assist the Fleet Manager, with removal or sale
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of receipted and dispatched stock at depots to meet operational requirements
  • Manage warranty of parts to replace or recoup costs for depots
  • Pick-up and deliver parts to depots as required

The boxes you'll tick: 

  • Must have experience in parts supply and management
  • Minimum full Car licence (Medium Rigid licence or higher is preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy and administration skills with the ability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
