Bus Driver - Step up Supervisor EOI

The opportunity 

Kinetic Perth is offering a unique role for our existing team members: we’re looking for a dedicated Bus Driver who is eager to take on additional Step-up Supervisor duties when required. This is a fantastic chance to expand your skills and contribute to the growth of our operations in Western Australia.

Internal EOI for this role will be open until the 6th of December 2024.

The role involves: 

• Safely transport passengers on chartered routes, ensuring punctuality, safety, and a positive experience for all onboard.
• When required, assist with supervising the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing support to the management team.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by interacting positively with passengers, addressing their needs, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and ensure the bus is in safe, operational condition before and after each trip.
• Maintain clear and efficient communication with the depot, passengers, and other drivers to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues during the shifts.

The boxes you'll tick 

• Excel in providing excellent customer service and enjoy engaging with the public, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
• Hold a current Medium Rigid (MR) driving licence or higher, a valid PTD accreditation, and a Working with Children Check.
• Be willing to take on supervisory responsibilities when needed and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
