The opportunity:

Start your career with us, with this exciting entry level opportunity to complete your Certificate III in Business. We have an opportunity for a dynamic individual which would suit a recent school lever and/or someone starting out in their career. You will work in our operations team who support the day-to-day performance of our transportation operations. Working closely with frontline driving staff, you will learn the operations that coordinate bus and employee movements, ensuring seamless service delivery in both normal and emergency situations. This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to start your career in a dynamic team environment, engaging with various stakeholders to contribute to the efficiency and safety of our operations.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Learning all aspects of operations team
  • Assisting with the coordinating bus and employee movements in line with scheduled services, routes, and maintenance requirements.
  • Achieving accredited certification obtained by completing the traineeship - Cert III Business Administration
  • Providing information to managers and team leaders to minimize customer impact during service disruptions or emergencies.
  • Reporting immediately on accidents, incidents, and recovery plans for driving activity.
  • Following company and safety procedures diligently.

The boxes you'll tick: 

  • You need to be enthusiastic and ready to learn.
  • This role requires great communication skills, and someone who loves being part of a team, but you'll learn the rest.
  • When you are part of the team we will assist you with obtaining your MR licence, Driver's Authority, First Aid Certificates
  • We'll also need you to obtain a Working with Children's check
  • Ideally you have a current car licence
