About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Careers Specialist to join our team. This role is based in our Melbourne office that has amazing views, ergonomically designed and there is even a fleet car you can use to get around.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the delivery of early careers programs to ensure participants develop essential skills and competencies.
  • Oversee the early careers training plan, including induction RTO training, internal training, and rotational aspects.
  • Conduct regular welfare checks and performance reviews in consultation with stakeholders and RTOs to ensure trainees are on track.
  • Promote early careers programs through community engagement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as TAFE, trade institutions, and industry bodies to facilitate pathways for apprentices, trainees, and graduates.
  • Ensure all programs comply with government legislation, training frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Manage apprenticeship and traineeship documentation and communicate effectively about programs, policies, and procedures.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in delivering entry-level talent programs, including work apprenticeships, graduate programs and traineeships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic approach to daily operations and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong computer skills.
