The opportunity:

Due to significant business growth, Kinetic are currently embarking on a large-scale global transformation program and looking for an experienced HCM Project Manager to help deliver one of our critical workstreams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as we consolidate our current environments, with the opportunity to truly partner with executive level stakeholders as you help drive business decisions in a high-profile program of work.

This is an initial fixed term full-time contract for 12 months, however due to the scale of our transformation program this may extend.

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a global HCM roll-out.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Drive business engagement at a Senior/Executive level, across both technical and business units.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Strong background as a Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Fusion or Workday ERP implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and capability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills - you lead from the front and bring others on the journey with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively engage and manage a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation - with some being located in London.
  • Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
  • Proven ability in improving processes and driving change - you understand how to help shape business decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to an ever-changing work environment.
