The opportunity:
Kinetic are currently embarking on a large transformation program and looking for experienced people to lead key projects. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of the ERP project, utiliising strong management skills, in-depth knowledge of Orace Fusion ERP and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholder to endure successful project delivery.
This is a fixed term full-time contract for 12 months.
Key accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an Oracle Fusion ERP project.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and coordinate the change management workstreams within this project
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and capability.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of finance best practices and project management methodologies / tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with all stakeholders internal and external to the organisation
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira)
- Previous experience working in complex multi-vendor environments.
- Proven ability in improving processes and driving change.
- Proven experience in partnering with the business to deliver projects
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
