About the role

We have an fixed term opportunity until July 2026 joining our Asset Management Services team. You’ll be responsible for providing products and services to effectively deliver Requirements and Asset Handover functions to the wider business. This role will be based in our Leederville office, reporting to the Team Leader - Asset Requirements.

What the role will involve

  • Support the development and delivery of new assets through the Asset Requirements process to ensure that they are delivered fit for purpose
  • Undertake engagement with Asset Delivery and Operations teams to establish Asset Requirements based on quality processes and procedures
  • Monitor project progress for assigned projects and ensure that verification reports are provided and properly completed to support design and project delivery timelines
  • Conduct quality reviews of assigned infrastructure asset projects
  • Support the continuous improvement of the Requirements and Asset Handover processes, guidelines and procedures
  • Support the integration of Project Delivery, Planning and Operational representatives using Asset Requirements team services and products, to enable the efficient delivery of the Asset Investment program across Water Corporation

Key skills and experience

You’ll have a qualification in a relevant field, along with experience in water industry infrastructure and operations. In addition, your knowledge of quality management practices and asset acquisition/handover processes will be important. Your facilitation, technical report writing, excellent stakeholder management and ability to promote project delivery and continuous improvement will ensure success in this role.
