About the role
We have a permanent opportunity for a Senior Engineer within our Engineering team to undertake, manage and support the efficient design and delivery of water resource recovery treatment infrastructure. This role will be based in our Leederville office reporting to the Team Leader - Treatment Design.
What the role will involve
- Undertake and coordinate complex concept, engineering and detailed design activities for water and water resource recovery treatment infrastructure
- Prepare job briefs for the engagement of consultants and evaluate consultant proposals
- Undertake the role of Design Manager for nominated projects and review outputs and performance for conformity to agreed requirements, standards, time and cost
- Undertake and manage the preparation of tender documents, examine tenders and make recommendations
Key skills and experience
You’ll be degree qualified in an engineering discipline, with experience in design, commissioning, operations or project management, along with considerable water resource recovery planning and design experience of infrastructure assets and systems. Your ability to prepare, present technical reporting and collaborate and influence with both internal and external stakeholders will ensure success in this role.
