About the role:

We currently have an fixed term opportunity until 31st January 2026 in our Albany Regional Office for a customer focused individual with a strong administrative background.

 

What the role will involve:

In this role you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative assistance to support the regional office with fleet management, procurement, records administration, OSH and training support, facilities management, and customer service.

A large component of this role includes procurement and records management, so experience in these areas would be well regarded.

This is an interesting, and diverse opportunity that requires an individual who has very good communication skills and attention to detail.

 

Key skills and experience:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft software, in particular Excel and Word and competency in the use of SharePoint. 
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Current C class Driver’s Licence.
