Metering Operations Manager

As the Metering Operations Manager you will manage the field work and resource planning processes for Cyclic Operations within Metering Services. Reporting to the Manager Metering Services, you will support an experienced team of Leaders, Co-ordinators and Meter Readers.

You will lead the Corporation’s Meter Reading Programs and associated customer processes, to deliver state-wide services in accordance with the Corporations billing strategy. Make this role your own by identifying opportunities to maximise efficient and effective program delivery while working closely with stakeholders and customers to maintain relationships that result in aligned outcomes.

What you’ll bring

As a hands-on, collaborative leader you are present to ensure your team feels well supported and challenged in their roles. You enjoy the coaching aspect of leading and have a knack for pulling a team together to work as one. You also have experience in:

• A large commercially focussed state-wide organisation providing customer related services.
• Demonstrated capability of managing, leading, developing and deploying to enhance business capability
• Managing day-to-day operational issues & risks
• Managing & building Stakeholder relationships with experience in contract negotiation & management.
• A track record in embedding superior Safety & operational practises
