The Business Support Officer is a role within Perth Regional Field Services, based in Canning Vale. Best suited to a highly organised and proactive person the Business Support Officer will coordinate and oversee all Business Unit administrative duties while providing high level support to the Business Support Manager and Lead Team.


You will be instrumental in developing the administration function in the Business Unit and ensure knowledge sharing of Corporate and Group requirements is communicated accordingly

What You’ll do

  • Coordinate and perform administration support across the Business Unit
  • Creation of correspondence including ministerial related activities
  • Lead team scheduling and diary management
  • Event coordination
  • Business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring compliance with corporate processes
  • Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required 

Key skills and experience

  • Substantial support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large multifunctional organisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, and sound verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Sound computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with ease
