We're looking for a Visual Designer to join our Marketing and Content Operations team. You'll be part of a collaborative design team that supports initiatives that promote water conservation and sustainability across Western Australia.

What you can expect with this role:

  • Interpret creative briefs and create engaging design assets that align with brand guidelines across print, digital, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Design and produce a range of print and digital visual assets, including infographics, digital graphics, web content, and campaign materials that support business priorities and enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Design Coordinators and the wider design team to deliver creative projects, while supporting social media content creation, including short-form video content.
  • Assist with video content production, including basic filming, motion graphics, and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to support marketing and storytelling initiatives.

Your skills and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualification in design, communications, marketing, or a related discipline. 
  • Experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in digital advertising
  • Ability to apply corporate visual identity consistently across materials whilst adhering to brand guidelines. 
  • Content creation skills for short form video content highly desired
  • Experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is highly desirable.
