As a graduate with Water Corporation you will gain real world experience in line with your university studies. You’ll be given full support from experienced professionals and your peers in other disciplines while having the opportunity to explore different parts of the Water Corporation business over your rotations.
You will be joined by a diverse cohort of graduates, with many of our graduates staying on to have fulfilling careers with Water Corporation in the area where they feel the most aligned.

We follow a technical competency framework with Discipline Principals overseeing the consistent technical development for all Engineers and Data Scientists. We also offer core development workshops for all Graduates to regularly come together to learn.

- Start date is your choice, either August 2025, early February 2026 or early August 2026

- Interviews and assessment centres will be held in May 2025
- Police Clearance, Drug and Alcohol, Work rights and Medicals will be part of our pre-employment checks
