About the role  

Based in our Balcatta office, we have a 7 month acting opportunity for a Planning & Performance Specialist.

In this role you will develop medium-long term workforce planning models, manage Customer Service financial forecasting and be a key stakeholder in supporting Customer Service strategy.


What the role will involve 

  • Enhancing Customer Service’s long term workforce modelling and strategic planning, shifting planning into predictive modelling
  • Enhancing labour forecast models across Customer Service business unit
  • Provide insights and recommendations for Customer Service budget planning cycles and business unit planning
  • Developing and leveraging relationships to understand future programs/projects that may affect the Customer Service business unit


About you 

You’ll be experienced in workforce planning with considerable experience as a workforce planner or an experienced data analyst who is keen to expand your knowledge base of operational workforces. Your demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders will ensure success in this role.

  • Extensive experience in forecasting within a multi-channel customer service environment (customer and non-customer facing)
  • Experience in financial/budget planning and labour modelling
  • Experience in long-term strategic modelling
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Proficient in interrogating databases such as SQL, SAS and business warehouse
