About the role
We have a 7 month fixed term, opportunity available for a Business Unit Coordinator to join our Finance Group within the Procurement & Property Business Unit. As a Business Unit Coordinator, you will support the senior leadership team to perform, coordinate and oversee all Business Unit administrative duties to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Business Unit. This role provides a high-level support to the Head of Business Unit and Senior Leadership Team in what is a busy, fun and fast paced environment.

About you:
There are a few things we would like to see in your CV;
- Substantial support and administration experience in a similar role within a large multifunctional organisation
- Exceptional communication skills with an uncompromised attitude towards customer service
- Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
- Forward thinking, versatile and an active team player
- Have the ability to juggle a number of tasks and prioritise where appropriate
- Sound knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers
- Advanced skills in the full MS Office suite
What the role will involve
- Provide administrative and general support to the Head of Business Unit, Lead Team and the broader team
- Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the Head of Business Unit, this may include; travel arrangements, purchase orders, expenses, stationary and employee recognition
- Extensive diary and inbox management for Head of Business Unit
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees
- Coordination of the Business Unit newsletter, Business Unit Meetings and events including preparation of agendas, presentations, minutes and actions
- Processing of Business Unit Procurement and Concur Requests
- Ensure knowledge sharing of Corporate and Group requirements is communicated
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required
