About the role
This role is responsible for overseeing the teaching and delivery of accredited qualifications at the Victorian Chamber. This role manages a team of trainers and assessors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while maintaining course content for our quality training programs.
The RTO Manager collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the departments business goals, uphold standards of excellence, and provide learners with a positive educational experience.

About you (Key Selection Criteria)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field (preferred).
- Extensive experience (5 years+) in managing and delivering accredited training programs within a registered training organisation.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and standards for accredited qualifications.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Proficient in using learning management systems and educational technologies.
- Sound understanding of assessment and validation processes.
- Experience in quality assurance and compliance within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Relevant certifications in training and assessment (e.g., TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment).
