About the role: 

You will support our Talent Specialist by providing administrative support throughout the end-end recruitment process.   

  • Work as a ATS champion! – System administration / Data entry / Talent Pool management
  • Setting up interviews and preparing interview questions. 
  • Conducting and organizing reference checks, Behavior assessments, and other pre-employment checks for hiring managers.
  • Managing contract generation process through LiveOnboard (Our ATS system). 
  • Support the Talent Specialists with volume recruitment activities. This includes reviewing and shortlisting CVs, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and completing reference checks. 
  • Candidate care! - candidate communication through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the candidate is supported through pre-employment phase. 
  • Coordinating volume recruitment drives, including supporting at in person & virtual assessment centers. 

About you: 

  • Proficient skillset with using Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and high attention to detail is critical 
  • A basic understanding of Microsoft Excel is required. 
  • Demonstrated experience working within a similar role managing recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, scribing, pre-employment checks, assessment centres and managing a recruitment inbox. 
  • Proven track-record working within a fast-paced high-volume/ bulk recruitment environment. 
  • Drive, tenacity, innovation and can-do attitude. 
  • Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done. A collaborative team-worker. 
  • Someone who is driven to perform at a face-paced environment.
